Functional 3D-printed parts — aluminium strength, made in Berlin.

We help engineering teams work out which parts to print and which to machine, then redesign and produce the printed ones. Functional parts in days instead of weeks.

What we make

240
Fig. 2 — Fixture plate with locating pins and counterbored holes, dimensions in mm.

Jigs and fixtures

Workholding that matches the part, not the other way round. Reprint a revision the same week instead of re-machining it.

GRIP RANGE 48
Fig. 3 — Two-finger gripper, front view, dimensions in mm.

End-of-arm tooling and grippers

Light, stiff, and shaped for the specific part being handled. Weight comes off the robot's payload budget.

Replacement and bridge parts

Discontinued components and short-run parts produced from a drawing or a scan while tooling is unavailable.

Why continuous fibre

Continuous fibre is laid along the load path. In the right application, that directional reinforcement is why a printed part can replace a machined aluminium part.

Typical published values along the fibre direction. Printed parts are anisotropic — we quote per load case.

Which process fits your part?

The first thing we return is an assessment, not a sales pitch — whether printing is the right call at all, and which process and material suit the load case.
